蜀江锦院（成都蜀锦织绣博物馆），是全国唯一拥有全套手工蜀锦制作工艺和蜀锦历史文化展示的专业场馆。蜀江锦院传承、保护两千多年的蜀锦传统织造技艺，致力于丝绸、织锦的研究、古蜀锦纹样的复制，现代蜀锦装饰和实用功能的开发，以及历代蜀锦精典纹样的限量织造。
蜀江锦院内设大型蜀锦织造工场、古今蜀锦蜀绣陈列展示，清代花楼木质机手工制作蜀锦。除此之外，仍保留蜀锦半手工半机械传统生产和现代工艺织造。2008年“蜀江锦院”被授于“四川省著名商标”、“四川省旅游骨干企业”、2006年“蜀锦织造技艺”被国务院命名首批“国家级非物质文化遗产”、“蜀江锦院”被文化部授牌为全国唯一的“蜀锦织造技艺”传承单位。
Shu Brocade Institute (Chengdu Shu Brocade and Embroidery Museum) is the only professional place in China to show all the processes of Shu brocade hand-weaving as well as the history and the culture of Shu brocade. Passing down and preserving the traditional Shu brocade weaving handicraft of over 2000 years, Shu Brocade Institute is devoted to studying silk and brocade, restoring ancient patterns of Shu brocade, designing new motifs for decoration, exploring the practical function, and producing some precious brocade in limited production.
Shu Brocade Institute sets up a large-scaled workshop inside, displays diversities of ancient and modern Shu brocade and embroidery, and maintains Shu Brocade Platform Jacquard Looms of the Qing dynasty to make Shu brocade by hand. In addition, Shu Brocade Institute continues the traditional semi-manual and semi-mechanical production, and also employs the modern weaving techniques. In 2008, Shu Brocade Institute was awarded "The Famous Brand of Sichuan Province" and "The Key Tourism Enterprise of Sichuan Province". In 2006, “Shu Brocade Weaving Techniques” was ranked as one of the first batch of China Intangible Cultural Heritage by the State Council, and Shu Brocade Institute was awarded the only authorized unit to impart Shu brocade weaving techniques by the State Ministry of Culture
